I have been training with Julianna for seven years. I commenced with strengthening and toning classes for seniors, then my yoga journey re-commenced after years of not doing any formal exercise. I found it extremely beneficial to my health and rewarding in keeping me active and independent. I still do my own gardening, and live independently. Julianna has motivated me to exercise and move daily, as much as possible. I have always been active all my life, a dancer in my younger years, and I thank Julianna and her re-introduction of Yoga and prescribed exercise for keeping me flexible and active in my later years.
