In Yoga of the Heart, you’ll experience the restorative power of gentle movement, breathwork, and re-energising relaxation. Each session weaves together therapeutic sequences and flowing postures to support healing, reduce stress, and restore your body back to balance.
Our pilates classes blend the precision of reformer work with the core-focused flow of mat pilates. With a focus on controlled movement, breath, and alignment, you’ll improve posture, build core stability, and enhance flexibility and strength. Every class is tailored to your needs — helping you move better, feel stronger, and prevent injury.

INFRARED SAUNA
