Dru Yoga & PILATES CLASSES

These small, intimate classes are designed to nurture your body and mind — whether you’re stepping into the flowing, therapeutic sequences of Dru Yoga or building deep strength through personalised pilates.

In Yoga of the Heart, you’ll experience the restorative power of gentle movement, breathwork, and re-energising relaxation. Each session weaves together therapeutic sequences and flowing postures to support healing, reduce stress, and restore your body back to balance.

Our pilates classes blend the precision of reformer work with the core-focused flow of mat pilates. With a focus on controlled movement, breath, and alignment, you’ll improve posture, build core stability, and enhance flexibility and strength. Every class is tailored to your needs — helping you move better, feel stronger, and prevent injury.

INFRARED SAUNA

Take your healing to the next level with in-studio infrared sauna sessions, available at our Sunshine Coast space. Whether you’re easing sore muscles after class or carving out time to unwind, this gentle heat therapy supports your body from the inside out.

Infrared therapy works on a cellular level to reduce stress, boost circulation, and stimulate detoxification — helping to flush out toxins, calm your nervous system, and support your immune health. It also helps relieve muscle tension and joint pain, making it especially beneficial for those with arthritis or ongoing physical discomfort.

Each session is designed to complement your yoga or pilates practice, enhancing relaxation, lowering cortisol, and promoting deeper sleep and emotional reset.
